What floor plan options are available, and what is the average size of each apartment?
We offer spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with floor plans ranging from approximately 650 to 1,479 square feet.
Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
We do not offer furnished apartments, but we provide flexible lease terms ranging from 7 to 13 months.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Yes! Alara Promenade is a pet-friendly community. Residents may have up to two pets per household with a maximum weight limit of 75 pounds. Breed restrictions apply.
How convenient is commuting from the community to major employers, schools, or downtown areas?
Our location makes commuting easy, with downtown Tampa just 15 minutes away and several major hospitals and employers nearby.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
Residents enjoy an impressive collection of amenities, including a game room with shuffleboard, billiards, pinball, large-screen TVs, and a social bar/kitchen. We also offer a 24/7 fitness center with free weights, cardio, and boxing equipment, an ultra-luxe theater with lounge-style seating and surround sound, a saltwater pool with private cabanas, an indoor dog washing and grooming station, and an outdoor dog park.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
We offer open parking for residents and guests, enclosed garage options, and convenient EV charging stations.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
Every apartment home includes a full-size in-unit washer and dryer.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity, cable/internet service, and renters insurance.
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, or extra storage space?
Yes, our spacious apartment interiors feature contemporary designer gray wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliance packages, and upgraded kitchen fixtures including gooseneck faucets with deep undermount sinks, along with many additional luxury finishes.

Alara Promenade is surrounded by convenience, with multiple shopping centers located within 2.5 miles and just a short drive from dining, retail, and everyday essentials.

How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
Prospective residents can apply online through our website. An application and administrative fee are required at the time of submission, along with a copy of a valid ID and proof of income.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs include a security deposit starting at $500, prorated rent based on your move-in date, and any applicable pet fees.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
Residents must provide a 60-day written notice. A termination fee will apply once notice is given.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal and are typically resolved within 48–72 business hours.
